Walking poles are provided. Nordic Walking provides a positive training effect of walking through the use of special walking poles. Along with providing body stability, the poles offer the advantage of reducing weight on the musculoskeletal system by 30%. In addition, pushing off with the arms integrates 90% of the muscular system into the movement process.
